VTI image questions from beginner

Hi folks,

I am still newbie in the Enigma world and now in VTI image as well so I do apologise for maybe stupid questions.. Personnaly I have DUO running DreamElite image, but I have bought my father in law SOLO and I flashed it with VTI image and obviously its slightly different from what I was used to. If you could help me with these issues:

1. How do I find out what IP was assigned to box?
2. If I try to access webinterface I got error message that such a page does not exist. It the menu webinterface is enabled. Is there something else I need to set up?
3. Is there a way (as it was in DE image) to assign particular CAMS to particular channels?
4. What is deafult password in this image for ftp access?
5. Does it support USB wi-fi adapter? If yes, what brand is confirmed to work?

1- The ip of the box you can find in menu/definitions/sistem/network/ and adapter settings
2- for the web interface you have to enter the ip of the box (in step 1)

4- in my case in last vti image i put dreambox
5- yes

Does it work as plug-and-play or do you need to configure something by script?

For example in DreamElite I have channels from S*y managed by scam, other channels by mgcam (explaining why would be probably against rules).

I dont think any other image has this built in.

Introduce the pen in SOLO and go to network and then choose wireless lan and scan wireless network and connect to your wireless network, and reboot SOLO
