Manually add satellite on VTI 2.1 image

Hello as the title says is there anyway you can manually add a satellite with this image,ive had a quick search and can not find how or even if its possible to do it any advice would be great thanks..

u can by editing satellites.xml or getting an up to date one and in both cases ftp it to the box after this
